Trip to the Swamp
A few of us took a field trip to the Jean Lafitte Nature Preserve to see the swamp and bayou environment. We saw lots of wildlife, 3 armadillos, a black snake, a woodpecker and 3 alligators of varying sizes. See a slideshow.

Didn't read Andy's note before church, so just emailed a note to every church address I could find about the blog being up and how to get to it, so hopefully you will get some hits soon. (Some of you also got the email because you are on one or another ofo my lists.) I assume they knew you were coming back since they had the prayer shawls for you.
